Our Story

An evolution from a private workshop to a focused online atelier.

Start: We began as a small weekend workshop, teaching a handful of neighbours technical skills—knife work, stocks, and timing. Students left with better weeknight dinners and clearer methods.

Growth: Requests for mentorship and remote coaching led us to structure short live sessions, produce focused technique videos, and iterate on tasting notes that travel well through text.

Refinement: Today the course is a curated progression: consultative intake, cohort lessons, and private sessions for signature dishes. The goal is skill that endures beyond a recipe.
